Sometimes orders are sent in multiple packages. Check your inbox carefully. It is possible that your order has been split up. You might also receive multiple Track & Trace codes.
It can also happen that part of the order is sent with our courier and the other part of the order is delivered by pallet transport. This mainly occurs when ordering a spa or swimming pool together with other accessories.
